From One Boat to One of Australia’s Leading Marine Solutions Providers

Lou’s family founded Bhagwan Marine in 1998 operating out of Geraldton, Western Australia.
From humble beginnings in the crayfishing industry with just one boat and a couple of people, Bhagwan Marine has grown into a national operation with a fleet of 95+ vessels and up to 1,000 employees across Australia.
Over the years Bhagwan has evolved into a full‐service marine solutions provider, offering inshore and offshore vessel operations, subsea and decommissioning services, port and harbor logistics, crew transfers, diving support and more.
The company reached another major milestone when it was admitted to the ASX in July 2024.
CPG Partnership
Bhagwan Marine has partnered with CPG for more than 20 years. During this time, CPG has supported Bhagwan with a wide range of mechanical services, including routine maintenance, engine repowers, and specialised mechanical assistance across their fleet.
As Lou explains:
